At Ahi, and Origine Bistro by Ahi, we’re fortunate to have our own kitchen garden in Patumāhoe, nurtured in rich red volcanic soil. By embracing organic and seasonal growing practices, we cultivate the freshest, most flavourful produce to elevate every dish on the Origine Bistro menu.
